FLAME RESISTANT / FIRE RETARDANT COVER FOR LASER CUTTING MACHINES

LASER BEAM GUIDE WAY BELLOW

Beam bellows are used on CO2 laser machines, to shield the optical beam from dust particles and hot metal chips generated during the cutting process. For this application, we have developed a PUR (Reticulated Polyurethane) coated flame resistant fabric that will prevent burning holes from damaging the cover. The fabric can be welded (HF, heat), easily folded, and presents an outstanding mechanical strength (for longer lifespan).
